King's Daughters extends scheduling and pre-registration hours for patient convenience

King’s Daughters scheduling department has extended its hours to better serve patients. New hours for Centralized Scheduling and Pre-Registration are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday (previous hours were 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday).

"The new hours will better serve our patients and improve access to our services," said Greta Holmes Middleton, Centralized Scheduling / Pre-Registration. "Patients now can call after work hours to schedule outpatient testing, ask questions, confirm appointments, reschedule appointments, and pre-register for upcoming services," she said.

Centralized Scheduling schedules patients for all King’s Daughters diagnostic testing locations in Kentucky and Ohio and can be reached by calling (606) 408-2742 or 1-877-304-1935.

Pre-registration collects required information, insurance and other paperwork from patients prior to their outpatient services/procedures, saving time on the day of the appointment.
