Has my insurance paid its share?
You should receive a statement from your insurance company (called an Explanation
of Benefits, or EOB) when your claim is processed. The EOB will tell you
how much the insurance company will pay and when. It should also tell
you how much you owe. If you need help understanding your EOB, you haven't
received it or you misplaced it, we can check our records to see if your
insurance has paid, how much, and your remaining balance.
Can I have a copy of my bill?
Yes, we can print a copy of your bill. You may either pick it up in person,
or we can mail it to you.
