Our nurse navigators offer individualized assistance to patients, families,
and caregivers to help them overcome healthcare system barriers. They
provide education and resources to facilitate informed decision-making
and timely access to quality health and psychosocial care throughout all
phases of cancer treatment and survivorship. The nurse navigator will
be with you every step of the way. Their sole focus is to ensure you get
the very best care possible in a timely and efficient way.

Dietitians play a role at every stage of cancer treatment. Inpatient and

Breast Cancer Support Group meets monthly, in the lobby of our Oncology Center of Excellence, 5th
floor of Medical Plaza A, 617 23rd St., Ashland, Ky. The support group
is open to current patients, survivors and family/support persons. Refreshments
are served. RSVPs are preferred but not required. For more information,

Reach to Recovery, an active group of breast cancer survivors, provides personal and informative

Road to Recovery is an American Cancer Society initiative in which trained volunteers drive
patients to and from physican appoitnments, treatment and therapy visits.
