Referrals to King's Daughters
Information for referring providers
Thank you for referring your patient to us. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you and your patients. We are pleased to offer EpicCare Link to referring providers. EpicCare Link is a secure web portal that connects you to information stored in King's Daughters electronic medical record for your referred and admitted patients.
Requesting access is easy, and there’s no software or hardware to maintain. As an EpicCare Link user, you receive free, view-only access to important information about your patient’s care at King's Daughters, including: discharge summaries, consult and operative reports, imaging, lab results, immunizations, medications and much more.
You can also use EpicCare Link to quickly refer patients to us; transmit orders for testing; view upcoming appointments and referral status; and communicate with King's Daughters to help provide quality patient care.
If you currently do not have access to EpicCare Link, please complete and submit the EpicCare Link Agreement below. You can fax this form to us at (606) 408-6507. A member of our team will reach out to you to complete enrollment in EpicCare Link and answer any questions you may have.
