Preventive Health and Education (Physical Activity/Wellness)

Initiatives/Programs

  1. Develop interactive programs related to health, wellness and/or prevention focused on elementary, middle and high school youth.
  2. Provide community education and screening programs related to wellness and nutrition focused on adults.
  3. Provide community education on healthy eating and nutrition focused on youth.

  1. Reach 1,500 annually

Sponsorships for CHNA and CHIP Initiatives

Initiatives/Programs

  1. Provide monetary sponsorships to community-based organizations who provide programming and events that support UK King's Daughters' CHNA and CHIP.
