Respected gastroenterologist comes to Portsmouth

When it comes to issues of the stomach or digestive system, you want an expert who can help no matter the situation. The team at King’s Daughters Ohio is proud to welcome gastroenterologist Garfield Grandison, M.D., to campus and our endoscopy suites. He has practiced in Ashland for several years, and now will see patients in Portsmouth and Ashland.

Practicing with Dr. Grandison will be nurse practitioner Ashlee Eichenlaub, APRN.

Dr. Grandison diagnoses and treats diseases and disorders of the gastrointestinal tract, including the esophagus, stomach, small intestine, large intestine, pancreas, liver, gallbladder and biliary system, including:

  • Colon polyps and cancer
  • Gastroesophageal reflux (GERD)
  • Inflammatory bowel/colitis
  • Celiac disease
  • Peptic ulcer disease
  • Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)

Dr. Grandison is the second gastroenterologist on staff at King’s Daughters Ohio. Long-time area gastroenterologist Charles Wong, M.D., also practices at the hospital.
