HeartChase is an engaging fundraising game that provides the chance to
hel your community and the American Heart Association chase away heart
disease for good. After a heart-healthy walk, teams of two to five poeple
compete against other teams in mission-based challenges. Each is FUN and
also promotes healthy lifestyle choices. Games test players' knowledge
and skills related to physical fitness, nutrition, hands-only CPR and
more. The team with the most stamps when the clock winds down wins! Register
as a Team Captain - or a player - at

Players who raise at least $50 each will receive an American Heart Association HeartChase T-shirt!
