Blood profile screening includes comprehensive chem panel, CBC, lipid panel and thryoid-stimulating hormone. Cost is $25. Optional A1C testing is $5. Fasting is required. Lab results will be mailed to participants' homes. Cash, checks and credit cards are accepted. You may use your Flexible Spending Account or Health Savings Account to cover the cost of the screening.
Insurance cannot be billed.
