One of the most important things patients with heart failure can do to improve their overall health is manage their salt and fluid intake. But doing so can take extra effort. Nurse practitioner Evie Hill, APRN, will address the importance of managing diet during the April meeting of the King's Daughters Heart Failure Support Group. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and share personal experiences. The Group is free; RSVPs are requested. Refreshments will be provided. Patients and families welcome.
