$25 includes a comprehensive metabolic panel, TSH, lipid panel, complete
blood count. Optional A1C testing available for $5. Cash, checks or credit
cards accepted. Cannot be billed to insurance. No appointment needed but
fasting is required. Lab results mailed to participants' homes and
available through MyChart.
