At 10:08 a.m., a Donate Life flag will be raised in the front of Parkview Patient Tower 2, across from Ashland’s Central Park. The time signifies that one organ donor can save eight lives. A moment of silence of one minute, eight seconds will follow. There are more than 1,000 people in Kentucky awaiting organ donation.
