Abby listened closely to my concerns and took them seriously. She monitors my health closely, especially after losing my sister unexpectedly, and pushes me to get the tests and take the preventive meds to keep my kids from losing their mom unexpectedly. She genuinely cares and wants to know we are valued and more than just a number to her.
