    The lady that saw me knew what she was doing. She knew what she was talking about. I felt like she really knew what she was talking about and was going to try to help me.

    Had to wait for some time because the provider had an emergency. The nurse didn't bother telling me why I had to wait for so long. It would have been ok if the nurse informed me.
