The only thing that went awry from this visit was EKG orders were supposed to be added so I could do that during my CT visit, but the hospital intake rep couldn't find the orders and said it wasn't in the visit notes. When I called the office the desk clerk said he could see the orders. The hospital intake rep repeated that she couldn't. So that was unresolved, I wasn't able to get the test.

I was referred to Anna Elkins for ostomy wound care from Cleveland Clinic. I liked Anna Elkins very much so, but she was not able to help me because she was not familiar with ostomies and colostomy bags. So she asked me to tell Cleveland Clinic to please do not refer anybody else to her and take her name off the list. So I do not know why Cleveland thought that she was able to take care of colostomy wound care or, you know, to tell me about anything I could do differently for colostomy bags. But Anna did no

Anna was wonderful. I thank the world of her. She goes above and beyond what she needs to, and I feel so safe to have her take care of me and I'm under her care. Thank all the staff in there, the wonderful staff to the receptionists, to the nurses, to the people that take your blood. You got a great facility there. Anna is top of the line healthcare provider. I've got 11 doctors and none of them is better than her. She knows my history. She knows me and responds quickly and has always been very effective.

No, Anna is probably one of the best that you have there. She always tries to take care of you in a timely manner and she has always took care of my mom and then she's taking care of me. And like I said, Anna is probably one of the best ones you have there. Now, I like the other ones too, but I have a personal bomb with her, that you can tell she's always concerned, and that when you're with her, that she's going to do her best to help you feel better.
