Anna goes above and beyond to help me, I really appreciate her.

My provider is wonderful and always takes good care of me. Answering all my questions and has a good plan for my care and issues I face.

The only thing that went awry from this visit was EKG orders were supposed to be added so I could do that during my CT visit, but the hospital intake rep couldn't find the orders and said it wasn't in the visit notes. When I called the office the desk clerk said he could see the orders. The hospital intake rep repeated that she couldn't. So that was unresolved, I wasn't able to get the test.

I always have an overall pleasant experience with the staff at KDMC Flatwoods Primary Care. I would recommend this location and Anna Elkins and fellow staff to anyone who is seeking medical assistance. Everyone at this location is always friendly, helpful, thorough, and as time efficient as possible.

Anna Elkins has been my provider for several years. She knows my health issues and is always ready to listen. Don't know what I do without her.
