Oh, okay, I really like going out and seeing Anna Elkins for my healthcare. They're always so nice, all the workers, and clean, and I know what she's telling me on my care, that she's concerned with that, and I just enjoy it, so give them a thumbs up. The way that you could improve is to tell your providers not to make assumptions or be dismissive, to maybe educate themselves on new patients before coming in and telling them they do or do not have a disease they've been treated for for a year and a half, to not tell them you're not going to fill any of the prescriptions when they didn't even ask for the prescription to be filled, and then also insult them whenever they ask for advice on weight loss medication like they couldn't afford it out of pocket. T
