First time I've been to KDMC. Very pleasant experience.

we were seen right away, we didnt have to wait for a long period of time when we got there and she immediately called the right doctor that we needed to be seen by had an appointment in just a couple days plus her whole office is very polite and nice

The staff in the office were friendly and helpful. Ashlee is a very kind and is very easy to talk to. I felt like I had a million questions and she sat down with me and answered everything. She ask me appropriate questions so she could plan my treatment and tests. I felt very comfortable with her. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

It was a comfortable and private room and the Dr. explained everything well and I knew what to expect in the coming test.

I had a wonderful experience with the provider. However, my medicine was not sent into my pharmacy, which is not the issue. My issue occured whenever I called to remedy the situation, the scheduler I was forwarded to was rude, dismissive, and accusatory. She stated, "If you had picked it up in a timely manner, then it would be at the pharmacy." My appointment was on a Friday and I was calling on a Monday. The pharmacy confirmed they did not receive the prescription. She then proceeded to have a ru

Very good visit

Since this was my first time in the office, I gave some threes because they weren't totally familiar with my background, only what the computer offered and what I could discuss with them. So I'm very satisfied, but I'm sure as time goes on, I'll be even more so. Thank you very much.
