The provider herself was great. The wait time was horrible and the student doctor was extremely unprofessional getting his phone out google searching his answers. He should have never came in without the doctor

I like Dr. Wright real well. However, I think she's an extremely busy, busy person that she's having to divide her time between treating patients like myself and delivering babies. I wish her schedule gave her more time.

I was not expecting to have to wait for 90 minutes before being seen by Dr. Wright. She was very professional and knowledgeable, but I left without knowing for certain about a diagnosis that she mentioned. I researched the condition and was able to figure out the reason for the medication she prescribed.

The reason I wasn't seen in timely manner was because of emergency for the Dr. which I accept as ok. My first appointment with this Dr. so could not know about my prior history. Dr. Was very knowledgeable about my concerns and made me feel confident in what she advised

My appointment was scheduled for 3:00. I sat in the waiting room until 3:45. I was then put in a room and sat there until the doctor finally came in at 4:50-almost 2 hours after my scheduled appointment. This office needs to stop over scheduling. I always have to wait a long time at this office and so does everyone else I know that goes here. After this appointment I am really considering finding another provider.
