I feel like Dr. Wright was very thorough. I feel like she did not rush through our visit. I feel like she took her time, was very patient, listened to my concerns, offered guidance even when I said I didn't really want to take medication. She was just very, very helpful and I really enjoy sitting and talking with her because I feel like she knows her stuff and I feel like she really genuinely cares. Thank you.

It was my first time there with Dr. Wright and my care was exceptional and I have no complaints.

Dr. Wright is an amazing doctor, and I go there because I like her, but her office staff is not. After waiting an hour and a half, I asked the receptionist, she turned around and asked whoever it is that takes your blood pressure and stuff, and she said, I will get to her when I can get to her. So I'm not sure I will go back, I love Dr. Wright, but I'm not sure that office staff and whatever they're doing at scheduling six and 10 people every 15 minutes. Dr. Wright was very professional and helpful and took her time with me which I appreciated very much. However, it took me 3 days in a row calling her office to get an appointment for my upcoming surgery, which I found very frustrating. I've never had to wait on any other Dr's office to get back with me like that. I felt like I had to keep calling or who knows when they would have called me back.
