It was my first time there with Dr. Wright and my care was exceptional and I have no complaints.

Dr. Wright is an amazing doctor, and I go there because I like her, but her office staff is not. After waiting an hour and a half, I asked the receptionist, she turned around and asked whoever it is that takes your blood pressure and stuff, and she said, I will get to her when I can get to her. So I'm not sure I will go back, I love Dr. Wright, but I'm not sure that office staff and whatever they're doing at scheduling six and 10 people every 15 minutes. When I walked in, there was 25 people in the lobby. I

Dr. Wright was very professional and helpful and took her time with me which I appreciated very much. However, it took me 3 days in a row calling her office to get an appointment for my upcoming surgery, which I found very frustrating. I've never had to wait on any other Dr's office to get back with me like that. I felt like I had to keep calling or who knows when they would have called me back. I called hours ahead in the morning to possibly cancel so as to not waste anyone's time. Front desk said they would call me back shortly to confirm. Never did. So I showed up anyways (early) to be respectful of everyone's time. I waited almost an HOUR AND A HALF after my appointment to be seen! Dr. Wright is great at her job but it's a problem if patients are late, but no problem at all if everyone else wastes our time. I like her and will return but I really really hope I don't experience this again or it
