This provider could improve by listening to the parent and when they are getting upset and trying to tell their son that it is okay. It is not okay for this provider to try to talk over me and ensure that her point is heard, although it was because she had repeated herself three times. I felt like my provider did not listen to me and I also felt like she did not explain things very well or helped me with the right prescription meds for all of my problems and my diagnosis. She was very hard to understand.
