    Well, honestly, I'm very satisfied with what they did for me the treatment, the medication, the specialists, the doctors. They do their jobs very well. They work with specialists, and I'm truly grateful. And everything the way they treated me, everything they did for me I'm so grateful to all the doctors and specialists who were with me. Thank you all.

    The process from check in to check out is always smooth, everyone is so kind and welcoming. I appreciate Bindy listening to my concerns and addressing any issues I may have.

    This provider could improve by listening to the parent and when they are getting upset and trying to tell their son that it is okay. It is not okay for this provider to try to talk over me and ensure that her point is heard, although it was because she had repeated herself three times. When she notices a parent or a child is getting upset, please quit and proceed to move on. Outside of that, it was a good appointment. We were seen in a timely manner and overall the tone was okay.
