    This provider could improve by listening to the parent and when they are getting upset and trying to tell their son that it is okay. It is not okay for this provider to try to talk over me and ensure that her point is heard, although it was because she had repeated herself three times. When she notices a parent or a child is getting upset, please quit and proceed to move on. Outside of that, it was a good appointment. We were seen in a timely manner and overall the tone was okay.     I felt like my provider did not listen to me and I also felt like she did not explain things very well or helped me with the right prescription meds for all of my problems and my diagnosis. She was very hard to understand.

    The doctor I had was very poor. I didn't get the medicine that I need. And I thought a lot about his daughters, and now I don't know if I'm coming back or not. And I had many surgeries. Very disappointed.

    Yes. Plenty of details. A great doctor. She gives me the best service and got me feeling a lot better. Glad she's around. She's the keeper. Bye-bye.
