I appreciated Bobby giving me a cortisone injection in the knee. I asked if he could and he did that for me and it definitely helped his time with the pain. And I was seen in a timely manner too. Thank you.

I was very happy with Bobby. Although, I went to the walk-in clinic 2 weeks earlier and they would not see me then when I had a problem. They made me schedule an appointment. By the time I saw Bobby I was no longer having an issue. Bobby was very nice and apologetic. He is doing follow up bloodwork to compare to my previous bloodwork.

I was sent to pre op testing. It was difficult for me to walk that far and I was not sure where to go. When I finally found help they offered me a wheelchair. When I finally got there I had to wait almost an hour to be seen. When the test results came to me on MyChart it said I had a staph infection. No one has contacted me as to what to do about this. I am very concerned!
