All good except for time/appointment accuracy :)

I really like my provider, but it is very hard to reach the office staff to make an appointment or speak to a nurse. I called and left a message with a nurse and never received a phone call back. I called to make an appointment because I was having complications and they scheduled me for a month out. I just wish it was easier to make sooner appointments or to speak to someone. I really don't want to switch providers though because he is a great doctor, I just feel like it's a battle every time trying to get

I'm always appreciative of the opportunity to engage with students. This visit included a student and a few observations to note: The student wore street clothes that were too cumbersome for a full exam (no gown, no scrubs). It was awkward.. Dr. Frederick is exceptional and I know having a student can be awkward, but the lack of conversation & banter was odd.

Dr Frederick was running behind this day, but I was also a new OB patient so I was waiting on the ultrasound room. He is always so thorough and responsive to my questions. Very knowledgeable! I also made several calls afterwards and they are always returned in a timely manner. Thank you Dr Frederick and staff!
