The doctor sits and takes time to explain everything to you and make sure that you're understanding and that you're getting the care you definitely need.

She is a wonderful healthcare provider! She has always taken the time to listen to my concerns and it is quite evident that she wants what is best for her patients. She has a genuine concern for them.

Mrs. Williams is a good Aprn. She listens to me. I have a complex neurological problem. I'm having to see additional specialists due to this. She is and has been a good starting point as I deal with these issues. I trust her to take new information and continue to develop treatment plans as needed. I like that she is now seeing patients in Louisa as Ashland is a further drive for me.

She did a good job, took plenty of time, showed a lot of patience with us, and she's doing good.

I would like to add that she was very professional and took the time to listen to me. She also explained things to me and made sure I understood. I highly recommend her to anyone I know.

It wasn't Brittany's fault that she was unaware of my neurological condition. It was listed on my chart that I have migraines. I have polyneuropathy and four pinched nerves. And what she found out, she did an excellent job in helping me. I really like her and would recommend her.
