I had to wait over an our past my scheduled appt. time before I was seen by Ms Stevens. My Appt qwas for 9:00 am was not seen until after 10:00 . When she did arrive she commented she was waiting to talk with the physician for further instructions. . If this was the case it would have been a courtesy to come and tell me the reason for the delay instead of just leaving me sitting in a room feeling forgotten .

I have been with this provider for a couple years now, and she has taken care of me very well, she's always so nice and kind and interested in concerned about my health. I feel like she can handle any problems that come up and we'll treat it quickly and notify me of any changes that I have, thank you
