My appointment time was for 3:30, but I did not see the provider until 5:20. However, this is not the providers fault for over scheduling done by the hospital/scheduling dept.

Yes, I find it strange that there are very few bathrooms in the medical plaza building that have changing tables. I had my son with me at my appointment and had to change him in the waiting area of a different office because I went around to all the different bathrooms and couldn't find a changing table.

Shes a great dr as well as patient and kind. Highly recommend

I truly like going down here and what they get accomplished and do for me, but the wait times are horrible. I'm always having to wait at least two hours after my appointment time and that's not acceptable.

I was taken back for my appointment in a timely manner but then I waited in a room for the provider for approximately an hour. It was very uncomfortable to be sitting in that room, unclothed on a table with no back support waiting that long.

I appreciated getting my appt so quickly! And Carisa is very easy to talk to and shows compassion! I really like her!
