Was not seen at a timely manner because of she was called away. Hope that will not happen again because chairs are hard and prolong setting gets both my tailbone and back to hurting.

She was a very nice doctor.

I have no way to get ahold of anyone if I need anything else prescribed or any questions or help. The ones that answer the phone are no help because all they do is send a message to the doctor who does not answer them back so it's pointless. There was a problem with one prescription already that did not go through to the pharmacy and I had to call several times and get upset until finally another nurse practioner had to sign it and send it through. I tried to stop the doctor when she was in a hurry to leave

I received excellent care.

Dr. Bascom has been my stomach specialist for probably 20 years. She's an awesome doctor. Her staff's always, well, they're all very professional and she's very thorough and very caring and I would recommend her to anyone. Thank you.
