Well I found out that my recovery time is going to take longer than anticipated and the pain is going to linger longer than I wanted. My back no longer hurts but my leg has very slightly improved.

Ms. Hall assured me I could get my shunt level set at any time and that I was welcome to do so. She was kind and understanding, which I appreciated.

I think the part that I like most is that Danny made us feel really comfortable. She didn't just treat us as a number. She talked to us, you know, she humanized the situation and was very explanatory. She didn't use big medical terminology. She broke everything down for us. And I really appreciated that. She was very nice, very kind, and seemed to be very caring. And that goes a long way. Thank you.

The physician's assistant, Mrs. Hall, was very good, very complete, listened very well, interacted and let me know exactly what was going on, and I think she's an asset to the office. Thank you.
