Yes, the girl had never seen me before and my doctor had to, had an emergency, had to leave. So she seen me and she was good, but she didn't, of course, I didn't expect her to know enough about my medical history, but she did a good job.

Well I found out that my recovery time is going to take longer than anticipated and the pain is going to linger longer than I wanted. My back no longer hurts but my leg has very slightly improved.

Ms. Hall assured me I could get my shunt level set at any time and that I was welcome to do so. She was kind and understanding, which I appreciated.

I think the part that I like most is that Danny made us feel really comfortable. She didn't just treat us as a number. She talked to us, you know, she humanized the situation and was very explanatory. She didn't use big medical terminology. She broke everything down for us. And I really appreciated that. She was very nice, very kind, and seemed to be very caring. And that goes a long way. Thank you.
