    Dr. Hettel has an amazing bedside manner. He is knowledgeable, informative, and pleasant. Definitely not a "Prima Donna". Very thorough - leaves no question unanswered, and answered honestly. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing attention in his area of medicine. Also - the whole staff at Bluegrass Urology were pleasant, personable, and made a "trip to the doctor" almost fun! Thanks and kudos to everyone!

    Very nice nurses and Dr. Hettel is very understanding and explains my health better than any other drs

    Yeah, Dr. Hettel's just really professional and really knows his profession. So I really appreciate he talked to me one-on-one and it was just great. He's a great doctor. That's all I can say. Bye.
