    Dr. Provaznik has been our doctor since he came to Portsmouth and I wouldn't change and he's not allowed to retire. I wouldn't change anything. His office staff is very professional, very polite, very helpful. If I ever have a question, all I have to do is call the office. So there is absolutely nothing I would change with his office. Thank you.

    Dr. Provaznik has always, over the years, given me the answers I needed to care for my issues post-visit. Of more importance, he always provides the best care I believe I can get when I do have an office visit. I trust my healthcare to him and his staff. They are the best.
