David Provaznik, D.O.

So I came in having moles on my head and I just kind of felt like that it happened too quick and he only checked over some of the moles. So I'll probably be getting a second opinion on that. Overall, it was a decent experience.

He's a great pcp. Attentive, sharp, and has a great sense of humor.

Always like going to Dr. Provaznik he listens to what I have to say and always seems to care what is going on with you and prescribe to you what is needed for your ailments

I really appreciate that when I call to try to get an appointment, I get a real person and they're always very courteous and kind. And I also get in very quickly. And most of the time, I don't have to hardly wait at all to get in to see the doctor. I just appreciate this group very, very much. Thank you.
