I really liked this provider. She listened to our concerns and covered everything well.

I've seen Ms. Wilks several times and she is always very attentive. She pays strict attention to what she is doing with you and asks questions to clarify anything and if I have a question, she lets me know in uncertain terms exactly what I need to know and what I need to do. And I certainly appreciate that so very much. I like my provider, but the office staff just does not seem to understand the importance of scheduling Botox for Migraine shots during the timeframe that they are due. They always want to schedule me two to three weeks late every time, and I just cannot wait that long in between sessions. Migraines are a terrible thing, and I have to take four different medications to alleviate them. Perhaps some more training for scheduling and front office staff about appointments that cannot be put off and ones that can?
