It was very nice seeing Dr. Settles herself instead of the PA. Every time I've been there, I've had to see the PA, but it was really nice seeing her.

Dr settles is extremely knowledgeable about my issue and is very empathetic.. she is very clear and precise about ongoing treatment...I trust and believe in her 100%..

There is absolutely no way in hell to call into any doctors office directly at this operation! I have called and end up asking the person on the line if they were in the office to gather info for me. The answer I get is "no I am working from home." I then don't know if they are at the kitchen table, living room table, or a reasonable facsimile of an office. I also don't know the level of security my medical information is enjoying or who may be in the general area or peeping zone. I am not real im
