I really like Emily Fuhrman. She's very knowledgeable. She's very caring. She's very patient. She's very much a teacher explaining everything that's going on so you know what's going on. She calmed all my questions, answered them correctly and very knowledgeably. She's a very nice person and she doesn't forget you personally. That's what I like about her. If I would need to call the office, I must go through the call center first and hope that I receive a return call (which does not happen). Return the phones to the office and away from the call center.
