Building is located in a horrible place, difficult for older patients, especially in wheelchairs. Building itself is an improvement to the experience.

My appointment was for 11:30 and I was not called back until almost noon. I was early. It is aggravating to have a set time for an appointment and not get seen at the appointment time. That was my only issue
