It took almost 3 months for you to figure out what was causing the problem. Then you had us wait 2 hours to say you couldn't do anything. This could have been done over the phone. Everyone's time is important. To have us be there for 2 hours to tell us nothing can be done is unexceptable

He was a very knowledgeable and kind man. He seemed to know exactly what he was talking about. And I'm done.

This doctor expressed that he was a surgeon and that I did not seem like I needed immediate surgery for anything and he seemed confused as why I was there to see him. He was not very helpful for me as far as listening to what I was wondering what was wrong. He seemed to think that I should have gone to someone else for that, not a surgeon. And I wasn't very impressed.
