    I didn't have to wait at all in the waiting room. They were very polite. They took me right in. They answered any questions that I had, and they understood everything that I was trying to tell them that was wrong with me. And I have nothing but highly respect for the secretary, the doctor, and the nurse practitioner that come in with him or his help or whatever she was The x-ray people were awesome and they seen exactly what my pain was. And I really appreciate them taking me in or just in on a walk in. So

    Dr. Gerardo Trinidad is an excellent doctor and I won't tell anyone about him.

    perhaps help that doctor's office with working with workers comp at the state of Ohio because this has taken forever and it kind of makes me feel as if they don't want to do it, but it needs to be done. I really don't want to hit on my personal feelings on this, but let's just say it's very negative. Thank you. Have a good day.

    I had previously signed in online, registered, so I wouldn't have to do a check-in when I got to the office. However, I had to do the whole process all over again, and I found that kind of frustrating, since I'd already, to do that to save time, I had already checked in online. However, I noticed the side questionnaire was not online, and I was more than welcome to fill that out when I got there, but I felt like some of the other questions were redundant after I'd already signed in online.
