Dr. Kasey is a great doctor! He takes the time to explain everything to me. I feel good and confident in his care. I am able to ask questions and he listens and fully supports and explains the consequences. I highly recommend him!

There is clearly a lack of coordination of scheduling his appointments and the time that he actually gets to see his patients. There needs to be a reconciliation of the scheduled appointment time to best meet the actual time that a patient is seen by the provider. This is not the only time I have experienced this since UK has taken over KDMC. It happened again in cardiology. Clearly the providers are spending more time with their patients causing the patient that he or she sees having to wait over an hour a
