    No one ever answers the phone when you call their number, it's always a recording stating that they are busy, please leave a message or try your call again later. Leave a message and you'll receive your return call the next day at the earliest. My last appointment was scheduled for 10:15am, I got called back around 10:55, and the waiting room was basically empty.

    When I was doing this survey, my phone slipped and I gave a one where I should have gave a four. So I'm very happy with Ravencraft and I wouldn't change a thing. Thank you so much. Bye.

    I just don't like it that no one answers the phone at the office. I had to leave a message and it was hours before I got a response. I've been going there for many years and have never had that happen until KDMC took over.
