Good experience

She was very professional, as well as, kind and caring. She listened to my concerns and asked me follow up questions before giving me specific advice, which I appreciated. Her knowledge of my problems and symptoms were impressive. She and all the staff were kind, which is very important to new patients and my family.

Very timely, and pleasant visit

I didn't like how Jamie refused to believe you can have side effects after using something for a while. I told her how the Metamucil was causing some muscle pain. She did not believe me. She just couldn't believe if I didn't have it to start with that I couldn't be having those issues later. I told her the nurse heard of people having muscle pain while using Metamucil. She refused to accept this. Other than that issue, I liked her.
