Front desk registration was not good. I had new insurance, my cards haven't arrived in mail but I had digital copies. She never asked to see it. I went back up few minutes later and asked how was she going to bill this? She said it will bill in my insurance that's in the computer. I said that I had told her that was expired- and that you can't possibly have the new. She reluctantly looked at it, said she tried to run it and it wouldn't work?
