I have two heart valves leaking and when she told me that I forgot. I had so much information that she needed to give me and everything was great. But I need to know just what I'm going to do about these leaking valves. I'm very worried about these. Thank you.

Front desk registration was not good. I had new insurance, my cards haven't arrived in mail but I had digital copies. She never asked to see it. I went back up few minutes later and asked how was she going to bill this? She said it will bill in my insurance that's in the computer.
