The woman who called us from the waiting room was not great. She called our name from outside the cardiology door - the waiting room beyond the coffee machine - so I couldn't hear her. Whoever calls clients should walk down the short hallway to the main waiting room. She was also a little rude; she didn't introduce herself, nor was she pleasant. She also didn't tell me my blood pressure, temp, or pulse - I had to ask her for the results. The doctor was a little behind, but I didn't mind waiting for the doct
