Yes, I just wanted to say I truly appreciate Jessica and her team there at the dermatology on 29th Street. I was really embarrassed before I came in and talked to her and had a lot of stuff just going on in my mind about what is going on, what's the condition that I have, and I just truly appreciate her making me feel more noticed and not I'm embarrassed about this and she clearly took my care into consideration and took me very seriously with all the questions that I asked and that my mom asked as well. I really had a good experience at my appointment. I felt very understood and just genuinely cared for. And it made my day so much better to just feel actually seen by my provider. I was more than just for my skin conditions, but as a whole person and as a patient. And that was really a refreshing experience for me. And I really appreciate both Jessica and the nurse that provided care for me on my appointment.
