I have full confidence in Jess Hicks. She is knowledgable, thorough, professional, and kind. She listens to all concerns. She has the qualities all doctors need. The office staff is always helpful and friendly. We are fortunate to have this group in our area.

This Mrs. Hicks was a phenomenal doctor. And I'm trying to get my dad to go back and see her.

The established patent walk-in clinic has been very beneficial for me, as I've had to use it twice since having COVID. Both trips, in my opinion prevented a possible hospital stay. It seems to run very efficiently and with professionalism.

It was a great experience!!
