Ms. Hicks is extremely knowledgable and professional. She checked my chart, listened to my concerns, checked my vitals and discussed treatment. She double checked with the pharmacist before prescribing a medication. I am very blessed to be her patient!

I was really impressed with the clinic. It was the walk-in clinic at the lung center and that nurse or Dr. Hicks, she took great care of me. I got seen really fast and she talked to me. She looked at my medical chart. She knew all about me. So I was really impressed with the walk-in clinic and I will use it again. And I appreciate that so much to keep me from having to go to the emergency room. So thank you, thank you.

She was nice and listened to me and talked back answering my questions best she could.
