Jessica Hicks is excellent ... she is extremely knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, and understanding. She is an excellent communicator and has a way of putting you at ease. She is always able to explain things in detail in a way that I understand. I have complete faith and trust in the care Jessica provides to me and my husband. SHE IS THE BEST!!!
