Hi, I just wanted to point out that the website for the ENT department says that the hours start at 8. Central Scheduling, I believe, told me that my appointment was 8:15. It turned out that it was 8:15, but when I arrived, there were a queue of patients at about 8:10 still outside with the door locked. So I called the number on the door and she told me that they don't even open the doors till 8:20, but she would go ahead and open the door since so many people were sitting outside. I'd like to thank Dr. Brinkman. He helped me after the SRMC emergency room couldn't help me at all. And he saved my day and my breathing and did it without being his patient and right away and within two hours I was under surgery and fixed. So I appreciate it. I owe you a lot. Thank you.

The doctor and staff were amazing. Very friendly and caring. I would recommend 100%.
