    There's only one thing that could improve the experience of seeing my rheumatology nurse practitioner, Julie Eastep. She's wonderful and she listens and she remembers things or has reviewed them before I see her, at least somehow she seems to just remember, but she knows what's going on with me. She answers all my questions, never makes me feel rushed. And the staff is very nice, too. Everything is great, except the location doesn't provide valet parking.     She is always great about listening to me. Also she always makes sure that I know about any new treatments that are available.

    Dr. Julie Estep is, by far, the best rheumatologist I have ever seen. She listens very carefully and is never dismissive or condescending, as some tend to be. She is truly a caring professional and I recommend her to all my friends who need a rheumatologist.
