Karri Berlin knows my history and everything about me. I've got a lot of problems. She tried to cover everything. We can't do something about everything, but I really feel comfortable with her and she's very thorough. I really like her. The only thing was if they could get on time a little bit more, but I understand they have to work with the clients and take care of their needs. So they were great. Thank you.

My appointment was at 1:15. I was on time. Waited an hour to be seen. If I am 15 minutes late, I have to reschedule. But it's different if I have to wait an hour? My time is just as important to me. If I am expected to wait than the 15 minute late rule needs to go.

Had to wait45 minutes in exam room before seen.

The wait time was was extreme. hours of waiting a 10 min, procedure

I liked the way she listened and gave feedback, to make sure she understood what I was saying. I felt like she actually cared about wellbeing.
