I've seen the provider on Friday morning at 9:30. They were supposed to look at the x-rays and call me back that day so I would know whether I needed to go get an MRI or not. That was Friday and I still, and this is Monday evening, and I still haven't heard anything from them, which is nothing new for that office. I am not very happy with the service I'm getting at the moment because I am in very much pain and they're not giving me answers to my questions or doing what they said they would do by contacting

The receptionists were amazing. The check-in was smooth. Katie was phenomenal. She took time to explain stuff to me and make sure I understood my diagnosis and what my next steps were. Cannot say enough good things and I really appreciate it.

Outstanding performance. Knew everything about my past issues and was ultra-cllear about where we are going.

She was very polite and gentle taking out staples in my lower back from surgery
