Kimberly is the best. She not only talked to me about my daughter's diagnosis, but she talked directly to her and made her feel more comfortable with what was going on and less anxious.

The office staff in the front that checks you into this office stays on their phones. We walked in and she finished her text and call before she acknowledged we were there. We were the first appointment of the day and only appointment there and didn't even leave until after 9:40. Our appointment was at 8:10. It seemed everyone wanted to play on their phones or their computer then to actually work and do their jobs. We ended up leaving after waiting for over 24 minutes for someone to come do blood work. Kimberly always dos such an exceptional job. She listens to any concerns and is never dismissive of any questions I have. She remembers little details & is open to making sure we don't leave worried. The MAs & nurses are just as amazing & treat my son as if he's their best friend!! I couldn't recommend this office enough for pediatric care!
