Nice, clean, professionally run office

I haven't seen a doctor in about 5 years I was just frustrated cause I couldn't find a doctor to listen and I trusted. I heard great things about Dr Rice and I'm so thankful I went to see her. I'll tell everyone about how wonderful she is

The entire staff were extremely friendly and sympathetic and kind. Dr. Rice was very informative, was very patient and listened to everything I had to say. And I feel quite confident that she gave the right diagnosis. She seemed genuinely concerned and very attentive, as well as the nurse. Her name was Kathy Jo. Experiences thus far have been great until this visit. I received a message to contact the provider regarding test results. When I tried to contact them though, I couldn't get through for two hours and when I did talk to someone they put me on hold, and then suddenly hung up on me. Otherwise great.
