    The staff are all very friendly and make you feel at ease. The day if my visit there was an hour delay for some reason. It would have been better if someone would have informed me that it would be a while before the provider could see me. I was left in the exam room wondering if I was forgotten about. My time is just as valuable as anyone else's time. A little communication goes a long way.

    Dr. Briggs has taken care of my back pain for many, many years. I wouldn't trust anybody else with my back. I go from a pain level of 9 to a pain level of zero, so I feel great today after my procedure. And all the nurses and people in pre-op and post-op are just really sweet and nice to me. I appreciate everyone that's in his office. Thank you.
