Maria Sargent is wonderful doctor. I wish you all would improve the call center. Whenever you call, you do not get a hold of the Grayson office. You get a hold of someone in Ashland or wherever they're at, and they do not give the girls down here at the Grayson office the messages that you called. I called three times. They would not put me through to Maria Sargent's office. They wanted me to leave a message. I left the message and they did not get with the girls in Grayson. I do not like it where they answ

Yes, we love our doctor very much. She is a very good doctor. The nurses is good and the reception at Grayson, Kentucky is good. We do not like the call center. When you call in to ask a question, they act like they are with Grayson office and they're not. They're not even down here at the Grayson office. We do not like that. It needs to be the Grayson office answers Grayson people. They pretend to be at the Grayson office and they are not at the Grayson office. We do not like that and they do not give the

Maria is an excellent provider who cares for her clients and is very understanding and takes the time to listen to her clients. Our Family loves her.

She's definitely a good physician. She is our family physician. I love her dearly. And that's all I can say.
