The MA did her job well and Dr Detherage was thorough and I was seen in a timely manner once checked in. I arrived around 1:40 thinking my appointment was at 1:45 but it actually wasn't until 2:45. Melissa, the receptionist said she wasn't allowed to check me in yet and could not do so until around 2:15. While I understand not being seen before patients that are scheduled during that time, I do not understand the rationale of not checking a patient in until a certain time frame.
