Everything was fine, he was fine, but he's moving off. He's got another job in Colorado and moving off, so it don't really matter. But yes, he did a fine job. Seemed like a good doctor. It's a shame that he's leaving, because I would have liked to have seen him more. Seemed like he was a smart fella. So y'all messed up by losing him. So give me more money.

Dr. Ellsworth and his staff were excellent. Everyone was friendly. They knew their job. He's an excellent doctor. He took the time to listen. He took the time to explain and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Ellsworth and his office staff have always been great. He's going to be very, very missed. It's always a very quick, good, like time management issue there or situation there. I've never had to wait a long time. I trust him and his staff so much that I take my own daughter and my bonus daughter to him also. And we were really sad to find out that he is leaving. Went to this doctor for a very extreme foot pain. He diagnosed me when he thought it was and what would help. I'm here to tell you this is the doctor that you want if you having foot problems. He fixed me right up no pain whatsoever. Sad to hear that he's moving away. Hoping I don't have any more problems down the road. If I do he gave me a card with two other doctors in my area. Thank you
