I was sorry to see that Dr. Ellsworth is leaving. He's been an excellent podiatrist for me and always made me feel good about the condition of my feet and any treatment I might need. And I wish him well in his new endeavor. Thank you.

He's been seeing him for about at least a year and we always got very good service. He's always very nice and done a very good job. This time would be the last time we've seen him because he was moving out of state and he done a terrible job on his toenails. We had to come home and foul him and try to even them up ourselves. He must have been off of his game for that day because usually he's very, very good.

Everything was fine, he was fine, but he's moving off. He's got another job in Colorado and moving off, so it don't really matter. But yes, he did a fine job. Seemed like a good doctor. It's a shame that he's leaving, because I would have liked to have seen him more. Seemed like he was a smart fella. So y'all messed up by losing him. So give me more money.

Dr. Ellsworth and his staff were excellent. Everyone was friendly. They knew their job. He's an excellent doctor. He took the time to listen. He took the time to explain and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Went to this doctor for a very extreme foot pain. He diagnosed me when he thought it was and what would help. I'm here to tell you this is the doctor that you want if you having foot problems. He fixed me right up no pain whatsoever. Sad to hear that he's moving away. Hoping I don't have any more problems down the road. If I do he gave me a card with two other doctors in my area. Thank you
