I was sorry to see that Dr. Ellsworth is leaving. He's been an excellent podiatrist for me and always made me feel good about the condition of my feet and any treatment I might need. And I wish him well in his new endeavor. Thank you.

He's been seeing him for about at least a year and we always got very good service. He's always very nice and done a very good job. This time would be the last time we've seen him because he was moving out of state and he done a terrible job on his toenails. We had to come home and foul him and try to even them up ourselves. He must have been off of his game for that day because usually he's very, very good.

Everything was fine, he was fine, but he's moving off. He's got another job in Colorado and moving off, so it don't really matter. But yes, he did a fine job. Seemed like a good doctor. It's a shame that he's leaving, because I would have liked to have seen him more. Seemed like he was a smart fella. So y'all messed up by losing him. So give me more money.

Dr. Ellsworth and his staff were excellent. Everyone was friendly. They knew their job. He's an excellent doctor. He took the time to listen. He took the time to explain and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Ellsworth and his office staff have always been great. He's going to be very, very missed. It's always a very quick, good, like time management issue there or situation there. I've never had to wait a long time. I trust him and his staff so much that I take my own daughter and my bonus daughter to him also. And we were really sad to find out that he is leaving. So I'm not sure that I am ever going to find another podiatrist like him that has even made my children comfortable. But we really appreciate al
