Dr. Ellsworth is an excellent foot doctor and I am sad that he is moving to Arizona. I wish he would have stayed here, but I'm sure he'll be happy being close to family. Thank you.

Dr Ellsworth is always great. He treated my daughter's infection with ease, kept her calm and helped her understand follow up care.

I had a good foot doctor and I'm sad because he got to leave and go move somewhere else, but he has been a very good doctor and explaining everything. I'm going to miss him when he leaves. Thank you.
