    This lady was Absolutely Awesome with me. I talked and asked a lot of questions and she was so patient with me and answered and explained them all politely. First time seeing her and was totally impressed.

    I would just like to start by saying that I would like to thank Melissa Johnson for all of the hard work and everything that she does, and that she also takes the time to sit and listen to what problems a person is having instead of just trying to push them out the door. And it's really greatly appreciated, and also to the fact that she will try her best to always figure out what's going on with someone. And like I said, it goes definitely not unnoticed, and it's very greatly appreciated.
