I would just like to start by saying that I would like to thank Melissa Johnson for all of the hard work and everything that she does, and that she also takes the time to sit and listen to what problems a person is having instead of just trying to push them out the door. And it's really greatly appreciated, and also to the fact that she will try her best to always figure out what's going on with someone. And like I said, it goes definitely not unnoticed, and it's very greatly appreciated.

Melissa is a Wonderful provider.

I understand being busy and needing help but I ask for my doctor not a PA. There might be an argument for a different rate for services provided. Not talking about receiving poor or inadequate services but it does raise an argument. There are policies that have a ceiling and should be taken into consideration.
